Claim ("Claim," "we," or "us") provides software that helps merchants understand how AI systems and agents interact with their products and content. We respect merchant privacy and are committed to protecting all data accessed through the Claim app.

When you install Claim, we may access the following information, only as needed to provide the service:
- Store and account information
- Product data (titles, SKUs, pricing, availability, descriptions)
- Usage data related to app features and performance
- Technical data such as IP address and timestamps
We only access data explicitly authorized by the merchant.
How We Use Data
We use merchant data to:
- Operate and improve the Claim app
- Generate AI visibility, attribution, and diagnostic insights
- Provide dashboards, alerts, and reports to the merchant
- Maintain security and reliability
We do not use merchant data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Data Security
We follow industry-standard security practices, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- Encryption of data at rest
- Role-based access controls limiting who can access data
- Monitoring and logging of system access
Data Sharing
- Claim does not sell or rent merchant data.
- Merchant data is not shared with third parties except as required to operate the app
- Any shared analytics are aggregated and anonymized
Data Retention and Deletion
- Data is retained only while the merchant account is active
- Upon app uninstallation or request, merchant data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe
- Merchants may request deletion of their data at any time
